Holistic Workforce Readiness
The Mission: A holistic readiness program for foster youth and high-barrier vulnerable youth. We prioritize meeting basic and immediate needs to create a solid foundation for growth.
The Impact: Focuses on professional presence, workspace etiquette, and SDOH navigation. We build a community-based navigation system that bridges youth to education and apprenticeships.
Current Need: Additional Funding for stipends and basic needs; industry partners for mentorship.
The Mission: Moving away from static libraries to focus on real-time workshops, clinics, and professional networking.
The Impact: Covers a wide variety of topics including BH/MH awareness and education, designed to foster collective growth and community skill-building for everyone.
Current Need: Additional Funding to expand the live session calendar and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
The Mission: Closing the digital divide through hardware access, digital literacy, and technical support. We focus on Adoption to ensure participants are truly connected.
The Impact: We assist participants with low-cost or no-cost broadband/internet service enrollment and provide a technical helpdesk for long-term success.
Current Need: Partners & Participants to offer services to staff/clients; Additional Funding for hardware.
S.O.A.R. Initiative
SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, & Recovery
The Mission: Expert navigation of federal SSI/SSDI benefits for individuals facing the highest barriers to financial and housing stability.
The Impact: As certified practitioners, we handle the complex administrative "red tape" to secure benefits and medical evidence for vulnerable populations.
Current Need: Additional Funding for administrative capacity and expanded partnerships with medical/legal advocacy.
The Mission: Driving national conversations on workforce integrity and policy improvements for underserved populations.
The Impact: Through articles, interviews, and keynotes, we share expertise to improve outcomes and institutional accountability for the communities we serve.
Current Need: Additional Funding for research and travel; invitations for whitepapers and speaking slots.
The Mission: Re-entry is a family journey. This model fosters the entire unit—parents and children together—during the transition back to the community.
The Impact: We provide the administrative and emotional infrastructure needed to keep families whole, offering a village-style support system rather than just a checklist.
Current Need: Additional Funding to sustain and scale this residential family-fostering model.
The Mission: Providing a professional administrative and compliance engine for emerging mission-driven projects.
Status: Cohort launching December 2026.
The Impact: We offer fund management and regulatory oversight for grassroots initiatives that have the vision but lack technical infrastructure.
Current Need: Inquiry Phase. Currently accepting interest for the Winter 2026 cohort.
