Chairwoman, Bernalillo County Behavioral Health and Awareness Council

A systems builder and community connector with over 20 years’ experience leading multimillion-dollar social service programs. Shatriece has chaired large-scale data collection and engagement efforts, including her role as Chair of the Bernalillo County Behavioral Health Education & Awareness Council. She ensures that program data tells the stories of the people behind the numbers.

Career strategist, HR leader, and lecturer at California State University, where she teaches courses on artificial intelligence and the future of work. Carla is a nationally recognized networking coach and serves on the San Diego Commission on the Status of Women. She brings deep expertise in workforce readiness, training design, and AI-enabled learning.
