Community Connections: Behavioral Health

Led by Rahiem Barnes, our Community Connections: Behavioral Health program is dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive support for individuals and families navigating mental health and substance use challenges. We believe that true healing begins within a supportive network. Our program not only connects people to vital services like therapy and counseling but also serves as a crucial bridge to a wider range of social services, including assistance with Social Security applications, and linkages to housing, food, and other essential resources. We have had the honor of partnering with respected organizations like the Opioid Response Network and SAMHSA to provide training and raise awareness among professionals and communities alike, fostering a more robust and informed support system for all.

Led by Shatriece Lewis, our Community Connections: Catalyst program is designed to transform dreams into reality by empowering individuals and organizations with the tools they need to succeed. We understand that behind every great idea is the need for a solid foundation.

We've had the honor of guiding countless individuals and groups across the country, building on strong partnerships with agencies like New Mexico Kids Matter, Google, Xnorb, and Xnorb Cares. Our services go beyond simple grant writing to include comprehensive support for building strong administrative infrastructure, acquiring key documents like EINs and articles of incorporation, and providing essential career coaching and networking opportunities. By serving as a catalyst, we help you build the capacity to achieve your goals, ensuring that every great idea has the opportunity to thrive.
